1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the koko46 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by us. These Terms take effect as soon as you access or use our platform.

By continuing to use the koko46 platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact our support team if you require further clarification.

Koko46 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

To use koko46 services in full, you need to register a user account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for the validity of all information provided.

• Only one account permitted per individual, email address, phone number, IP address, and device.
• You must use your full legal name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• The phone number and email address you register must be active and belong to you.
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other individual under any circumstances.
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be disclosed to any party, including koko46 staff.

3 User Eligibility

Koko46 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the registration date.
• Not located in a region or country where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not previously suspended or banned from the koko46 platform.
• Not enrolled in any active gambling self-exclusion programme.

4 Deposits & Payments

Koko46 accepts deposits via a range of legitimate and registered payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits must be made using a payment method in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after a successful transaction.
• If your deposit is not received within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
• Koko46 does not charge any processing fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose charges.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and no foreign currency conversion is required.

Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the koko46 platform. Any attempt to use the platform as a money transfer facility or for money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals are available to members who have completed full KYC verification. koko46 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the respective policies.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
• Processing time: between 1 to 15 minutes for most approved requests.
• Withdrawals requiring further review may take up to 24 hours.
• Additional identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the name of the verified member.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Koko46 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, as well as the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has validity period specified. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• Terms rollover (wagering requirement) must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Only one active bonus is allowed at a time for most promotions, unless stated otherwise.
• Koko46 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Members who open multiple accounts to manipulate promotions will forfeit all associated bonuses and wins.
• Certain games may not contribute, or may contribute at a different rate, toward rollover requirements.

7 Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the koko46 platform are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation.
• Koko46 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or due to technical error.
• If a tournament or match is postponed or cancelled, koko46 will settle bets in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and market. Current limits are displayed within the game interface.
• Koko46 reserves the right to limit the betting limits of any member at our sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Koko46 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Conducting repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions without meaningful wagering activity (money laundering).
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through methods not intended by koko46.
• Spreading false information or damaging the reputation of koko46 through any platform.
• Accessing the platform from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy.

9 Account Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the koko46 support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned via the original payment method, subject to the fulfilment of any active rollover requirements.

Koko46 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or security threats. In such cases, koko46 reserves the right to withhold account balance payments pending completion of the investigation.

Members whose accounts have been closed due to a terms violation are not permitted to register a new account. Any attempt to do so will be subject to appropriate legal action.

10 Liability Limits

Koko46 maintains the platform with best efforts to ensure continuous service availability and stability. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control.

• Koko46 is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet service disruptions on the member's end.
• Koko46 is not responsible for betting decisions affected by inaccurate information received from third-party sources.
• Koko46's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Data Privacy

Koko46 takes the privacy and protection of members' personal data seriously. All information collected, used, and stored by us is subject to our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

By using the koko46 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions and will not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the koko46 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Use of the koko46 platform is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
